Installing the Plants in My New Island Border

I’ve finished most of the planting in the new Island border. I planted all deer resistant plants, but discovered the local deer love Cranesbill ‘Rozanne’. Those plants needs to move.

This video shows the planting scheme for the new Island border. The prime objective for this border was to reduce the amount of turf in my front landscape. I’m happy to report that it took much less time to cut the lawn this week.

I hope you find this video helpful. Once I finish up the front island border, I am moving to my second project of the season. I will be installing a new path and double perennial border in the backyard.
